Nice and close too sea world

I recently stayed at this property and overall had a great experience. The host was very nice and welcoming, and the house itself was clean and comfortable. The AC didn’t cool evenly throughout the entire house, but the bedroom temperatures were comfortable enough to sleep well. The swimming pool was a nice size and a great feature—though I’d recommend adding non-slip tile around it for safety. Despite a couple of small issues, I’d definitely rent this place again!

Nothing Luxurious about it

Don’t let the pictures fool you … this is an older house with a cheap remodel. Lights flickered throughout the stay.. A/C never kept the house colder than 73 degrees. All beds were extremely firm and uncomfortable. Master bedroom had a leaky roof during a heavy rain. Pool water was nasty and cloudy with a thick layer of dirt on the bottom. There are no smoke or carbon monoxide detectors in the entire house. Neighbors house seemed sketchy with junk cars in the yard and street and their outside dogs barked all night long. Host attempted to self clean pool twice but pool pump kept blowing the circuit breaker and could never get the pool water close to being clear. Host also had a roofer temporarily fix the leaky roof in the middle of our stay but could tell by the ceiling plaster that this is an ongoing issue. Master bedroom has a weird layout with an open bathroom that causes the entire floor to become soaked when taking a shower. Only positive about this house was that it was only a 5 minute drive to seaworld but would have chosen the longer drive for a nicer house and clean pool.
