Nestled just outside Napa’s bustling center, our home offers easy access to world-class wineries, scenic vineyards, and fine dining while allowing you to retreat to a peaceful neighborhood. Travis Air Force Base is also nearby, ideal for families visiting loved ones or military personnel on duty. We are also just one mile from Solano Town Center. BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS Each of our six bedrooms is adorned with premium mattresses that provide the perfect balance of comfort and tranquility to ensure a restorative night's rest after a day of wine tasting or adventure. There are four bedrooms upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs. Upstairs: 1. King Bed with en suite bathroom 2. Queen Bed 3. Queen Bed 4. Queen Bed Downstairs: 5. King Bed with office (desk and TV) 6. Two Twin Beds There are two full bathrooms upstairs (one in the primary king bedroom with en suite bathroom and the other is a hallway bathroom). The third full bathroom is downstairs. TWO LIVING ROOMS: Spread out in one of two living rooms where you can have multiple TV shows or sporting games on at the same time. KITCHEN: We have all your basic cooking needs, including utensils, plates, bowls, and cookware. There is also a toaster, microwave, and coffee machine. GUEST AMENITIES: Each bathroom includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soap for our guests to enjoy. GARAGE / GAME ROOM: The garage was converted into a game room that includes a ping pong table, corn hole, and an elliptical machine. PARKING: There is no garage parking (since it's the game room) but you can fit 2-3 cars in the driveway and there is also ample street parking. OTHER: We have two fireplaces in the home that are not for use per our insurance company. Please refrain from using them. We look forward to hosting you and your guests at our home!
CHECK-IN PROCESS
To ensure a smooth and secure check-in process, we kindly ask all guests to provide a selfie holding a valid ID and the credit card used for booking. Please ensure that the name on the ID matches the name on the credit card. For your privacy, you are welcome to black out sensitive information such as your driver's license number or other personal details—we only require the name and photo on the ID.
HOUSE RULES:
- QUIET HOURS: The neighborhood Noise Curfew starts at 10pm. Please be respectful of our neighbors and bring your conversations indoors by 10pm.
- NO SMOKING: No smoking of any kind (cigarettes, vapors, marijuana, etc) indoors. If you smoke outdoors, please pick up after yourself.
- NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS: A max of 12 guests are allowed and all guests must be a part of your reservation.
- OTHER: Removing shoes indoors helps us maintain a clean home. Illegal activity is not allowed at this property.
- Primary guest should be 25 years old and above
Failure to observe any of the House Rules above will result in a minimum $250 fine.
