Head upstairs to find a loft bedroom.The remaining bedrooms are equally inviting, each with its own comfortable bedding located on the ground level by the pool.

We’re thrilled to have you stay with us in our spacious two-story, 5-bedroom retreat! To ensure a comfortable and safe experience for everyone, please follow these house rules:

**Occupancy & Parking:**
- **Maximum Guests:** The home accommodates up to **12 guests**. Please respect this limit to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone.
- **Parking:** There is a maximum of **4 cars allowed** on the property. Please park only in designated areas.

**Pool Use & Safety:**
- **24-Hour Pool Access:** The pool is open 24 hours a day for your enjoyment.
- **No Glass by the Pool:** For everyone’s safety, please do not bring any glassware into the pool area. Broken glass and water don’t mix!
- **Children Supervision:** Children must be supervised by an adult at all times in the pool area.
- **No Diving or Running:** Please refrain from diving or running around the pool area to avoid accidents.
- **Clean Up:** After use, please remove any personal items and dispose of trash in designated bins.

**Grilling & Outdoor Cooking:**
- **Grilling Location:** Grilling is permitted **only by the pool** area. No grilling is allowed on the deck or balcony.
- **Allowed Equipment:** Only gas or charcoal grills are allowed. **No open flames or fires** are permitted outside of the designated grilling area.

**Balcony Use:**
- **No Hanging Items:** Please do not hang clothes, towels, or other items on the balcony. This keeps the property looking beautiful and safe for all.

**General Conduct:**
- **Noise Levels:** Be mindful of neighbors and keep noise to a respectful level, especially after **10:00 PM**.
- **Trash Disposal:** Use designated trash bins and recycle where possible. Let’s keep the property and neighborhood clean!

**Respect for Property:**
- **No Smoking Indoors:** Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Please use designated outdoor areas if you wish to smoke.
- **No Pets:** For the comfort of all guests, no pets are allowed on the property.

**Safety and Security:**
- **Lock Up:** Always lock doors and windows when leaving the property.
- **Emergency Contacts:** In case of an emergency, please contact the South Padre Island Police Department, and inform us immediately.
