Our private chef will be on holiday during this time. However, your hosts, Luba and Alan (the owners), will be onsite and personally preparing all breakfasts and dinners for our guests. Meals are still included in your stay and will be lovingly cooked with the same care and quality our guests enjoy.

Each of our four luxury suites is thoughtfully designed to provide ultimate comfort and style. All rooms include spring water in the showers, premium bath essentials, Epsom salts, and luxurious skincare products to enhance your stay.
Every suite features a king-size or super king-size bed and is uniquely styled to reflect the natural surroundings.
1 – The Penthouse Suite:
The Penthouse Suite is the pinnacle of luxury and comfort, featuring a spacious layout, a walk-in wardrobe, a retractable TV, and a private terrace with sweeping ocean views.
It offers 55 sq.m of space and views of Tasman Bay and Nelson city.
The bathroom is a true sanctuary, complete with a bathtub overlooking the ocean—ideal for indulging in peaceful relaxation.
The suite is fully air-conditioned and heated, making it ideal for year-round comfort.
2 – The Jacuzzi Suite:
The Jacuzzi Suite has the private spa bath on a deck. The room’s design ensures comfort throughout the seasons, with natural cooling in summer and underfloor heating in winter.
It features 35 sq.m of space and three glass sliders that open to fresh Abel Tasman air, allowing you to feel close to the ocean.
The indoor bathtub offers views of Nelson’s lights.
Please note, this suite does not include a TV.
Ground-Level Location: This room is located on the ground floor, offering convenient access to a private deck with a jacuzzi and sun loungers, perfect for relaxation. Please note that, at times, you may hear footsteps from the floor above.
3 – The Cozy Suite:
The Cozy Suite is designed for intimate comfort. It features a flat-screen TV and a charming ambiance, perfect for unwinding.
This is our smallest suite, at 35 sq.m, with partial ocean views and no balcony.
It offers underfloor heating but no air conditioning.
While the views are more intimate compared to other suites, the room ensures a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The bathroom includes a shower with refreshing spring water and high-quality essentials for your indulgence.
4 – The Fireplace Suite:
The Fireplace Suite combines warmth and elegance, making it an excellent choice for colder months. It offers direct access to a shared deck with a gas fire pit and features a gas fireplace indoors for a cozy ambiance.
This suite overlooks the Abel Tasman coastline, including views of Nelson and Kaiteriteri.
It includes a retractable TV, air conditioning/heating, and a super king-size bed.
It is the only suite without a bathtub but benefits from having no stairs and direct access to the main deck, kitchen, a waterfall and a nearby pond.
The suite ensures your comfort with its thoughtful layout and premium bath essentials, perfect for a relaxing retreat.
The Lodge:
The lodge is an architectural gem, combining modern elegance with nature’s beauty. It features multiple dining zones, including a cozy indoor area with a gas fireplace and two outdoor spaces with fire pits.
Perfect for gatherings or celebrations with family and friends.
The living and dining areas include air conditioning for warm nights, high-speed Wi-Fi, and access to Netflix, YouTube, and Disney+ (with your own login), plus standard satellite TV and movie channels.
From an artesian spring located on the property, pure fresh spring water flows to each shower and all taps, throughout the property. The property is run off solar energy with an innovative battery design that stores 100% of the sun's power to use as desired.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine, and our expansive property offers plenty of outdoor furniture for relaxing or dining al fresco.
With a spacious parking area and a garage, there’s room for all your vehicles.

Housekeeping and laundry are provided twice a week (daily housekeeping upon request for an additional fee). All bedding and towels you’ll need for a 4-night stay are provided. We use 100% cotton bed linen for your comfort. Every 4 days, we will clean and refresh your suite.
