We have a very friendly pet that you might see walking out every now and then.
Please, no smoking inside by any means. We reserve the right to charge for any additional cleaning to remove a smoke odor from the unit.

Items Left Behind/Returns

We are not responsible for any items left behind. IF YOU LEAVE ANYTHING OF VALUE BEHIND, PLEASE CONTACT US ASAP. We do not permit entry into the space after check out time (11 am). If any items are left behind, we can not guarantee that we will be able to return it to you. However, if any items are found we must charge a $30 handling fee plus postage and any other fees required to return items to you. Thank you.

We would like to inform you that a $100 security deposit will be pre-authorized on your account. This pre-authorization is a standard procedure to ensure the security of our services and is not an immediate charge.
