Feel like the star of your own movie by booking your stay at the Belcourt Boudoir, a lavish luxury condo in the blossoming Gulch neighborhood, just south of downtown Nashville. Themed after one of Nashville’s most majestic fixtures, the Belcourt Theater, the unit’s stylized decorations will remind guests that the Music Capital is a historic and thriving hub for all forms of art, not merely music. The moody palette and open layout of the Belcourt Boudoir welcomes up to 8 guests across 4 beds and 3 bedrooms, ideal for bachelorette parties, friend groups, or families.

While you might wish to spend your evenings exploring Broadway (a short walk from the unit), you will find this unit to be superbly equipped for staying in and watching movies, with three large smart TVs available in the living room and two of the three bedrooms. Or you can catch special screenings of films on 35mm projectors at the Belcourt Theater, merely a 10 minute drive away! No matter what your plans are, the Belcourt Boudoir offers plenty of space for preparations, including two bathrooms, one with a double vanity, as well as additional vanity spaces and mirrors in the hallways.

★ Third Bedroom: Queen-size built-in bunk beds with stair-access to the upper bunk.

This condo is located on the 4th floor of the 6-story Hyve building. At Hyve, you can enjoy the comforts of a luxury condo and its amenities – concierge, security presence, a seasonal pool, a 24/7 state-of-the-art gym, a co-working space, and more – while being positioned only four blocks away from Broadway. You can spend your stay exploring the riches of downtown Nashville without ever needing to step into a car, or you can gather friends and family together to enjoy Hyve’s lounge areas, community grills, and views of the city and Hyve's pool from the unit’s private balcony. This spacious unit also includes a fully equipped kitchen, stocked with coffee, tea, and condiments. Whether you leave or stay, Hyve has everything you need for an unforgettable trip to Music City.

IMPORTANT DETAILS

🏨 Staff is on site every day and available to meet and assist guests, though they make take a short lunch break (signs will be posted). Kindness and respect toward staff help ensure a great experience for everyone.

🅿️ Parking Space #40 - The building offers a free, secured parking garage on the upper level for guests and owners, with 34 spaces available on a first-come, first-serve basis (we kindly ask to limit to one vehicle per reservation). An on-site paid public parking garage can be found on the lower level. In this public garage, Hyve guests can park for a flat rate of $20. Free street parking is also available. EV Charging is now available in both garages.

🧳 Complimentary luggage storage is available with our on-site concierge, 7 days a week from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Cleaners cannot hold luggage inside units.
Our neighbor, Tennessee Brew Works, can hold luggage for free (if you buy a drink or food), starting at 10 am for guests who need storage.

🔒 Smart locks are utilized through the Latch App. Guests will be invited to download the app before your stay. An email is required on file for Latch access.

👮‍♂️ Security is present on-site daily from 5:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. No security during the day on Saturday and Sunday.

🌐 High speed Wi-Fi is available for free in all units and all common areas, including a lounge/co-working space that is perfect for remote work.

The courtyard closes at 10:00 p.m. The gym is open 24/7.

📍 The Hyve building is centrally located. While the building features excellent soundproofing, some noises may be audible, such as other guests, sirens, nearby freight trains, music, and construction. Earplugs are provided, and the building observes quiet hours between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. However, noise-sensitive guests may prefer a location further from downtown.

🏓 All Hyve guests have access to building and community amenities, but we cannot guarantee their cleanliness, maintenance, repair, or availability. We will inform the HOA of any issues but assume no responsibility.

🚭 This is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is prohibited throughout the building, including the courtyard, pool, and condo balconies.

🐕 This is a pet-friendly building; however, the owner of this unit does not allow pets.

👩‍👧‍👧 Families can be provided with a pack 'n play, hook-up chair, baby gate (for units with stairs), play-mat, and toys, at no additional charge. Ask your host for availability.

🧴 Supplies are provided, including trash bags, toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom), and a full roll of paper towels. Additional amenities will be at the cost of the guests.

*Please note that the area is home to a diverse community, including individuals who may seek assistance from a nearby shelter.
Please note that a rental agreement will need to be signed prior to check-in. Below is a recap of the house rules that will be described in the rental agreement:
- We do not allow pets in this unit
- This is a smoke-free environment
- For same day bookings, we reserve the right to push the checkin time to 6:00 PM
- Please respect our quiet hours between 10PM and 8AM.
- Parking is reserved with space numbered 40 in the owner garage. Additional public parking is located by Blue Man Records, and free street parking can be found in the neighborhood.
- Please do not tape the walls, or do anything that damages the paint.
- No parties allowed. Please do not use any glitter/confetti inside the apt
- For stays of 14 days or longer, an additional cleaning fee of the same amount as the original fee will apply
- Host reserves the right to enter the property with reasonable notice for inspection or to address necessary maintenance issue.
- No more than 8 people (for 1 and 2BD properties) and 12 people (for 3 and 4Bd properties) allowed in the property at any time
- Guest who books must be 21 or older, and must be present at checkin and throughout the duration of the stay.
- For guest's safety, there are cameras on premises. No undisclosed camera or recording devices are inside the property.
- For every house rule violation, a fee will apply. Fees will be described in the rental agreement.

* Like any downtown locations, noise can be expected from construction, trains, sirens, etc. We do not recommend downtown Nashville to travelers who can be sensitive to noise, or to homelessness.

*The convenience of shared rides is unparalleled in this location, offering swift and efficient transportation. We also partner with private shuttle services for up to 12 guests at a time. Additionally, scooters present an excellent alternative for commuting.

Great place for friends

This was a nice, clean, well appointed unit. It was convenient to downtown, The Gulch, SoBro and other places. The neighborhood was just ok but this is true most places just outside downtown.

First Visit to Nashville

Very Clean, safe and comfortable property located close to music row. Had a wonderful time with our family including our small dog.

"Train Station Central"

Nice enough place- new construction, clean & 2 spacious bedrooms. Third room has Bunkbeds in a tiny room with no windows. The real story is that this listing is built directly next to the train-yard and these trains are continuously coming in and out of the station that is only about 100 or so yards away from the bedrooms! The host had a thoughtfull effort to put noise canceling speakers in every bedroom but you will hear trains and air breaks at all hours. Secondly, the free reserved parking is actually a first come first serve basis. We arrived at 4pm on a Friday and it was packed turning away multiple guests. Fine place to stay that is 20 minute walk to hot-spots on Broadway and the Basketball Arena but this info adds to the completeness of the listing details.
