The space
This is a very special property that you are sure to fall in love with and return many times. Enjoy one bedroom with a queen bed. One smart shower and bidet in bathroom. The main room has a custom queen futon. All the comforts of modern and yet authentic as Vermont. The co-host is available to make your stay as special as your occasion.
Guest access
One story building with a full basement. We offer the use of washer and dryer for extended guests only (1 week or longer), lounge chairs, paddles for canoe, and some fire starter help for the fire-pit in the lower level basement. Enjoy the living area all on the main level and the entire exterior from property lines into the water. Made for peace, laughs, and memories.
Other things to note
Smart large dock with bluetooth and Wi-Fi throughout both interior and exterior space. There is a sandy beach and swimming area access on the property. Please be careful of the large rocks in water, and Please Do Not Dive off dock.
A canoe is available during your stay, paddles are in lower level.
Large stone fire pit and all the fire wood needed for that outdoor fire experience. A built in coal grill is available for cookouts.
The property, in season will provide some nutritional benefits (fruits & vegetables) that you may help yourself to enjoy during your stay.
Feel secure knowing there are security cameras and measures to keep unwanted night critters and animals, etc. from spoiling your stay.
