Welcome to an oasis in the City of Carrollton. This Victorian-style guest house is located in downtown Carrollton. With the Greenbelt in your backyard, it’s just a short walk to some of the best shopping and restaurants in the city has to offer. Five minutes drive to the University of West Georgia, two minutes from Tanner Medical Center and Southwire. Perfect for traveling nurses and professionals. Sky lights provide an abundance of natural light into the rooms. The kitchenette features a microwave, Keurig, air fryer, double hot plates, dishwasher, and combo washer/dryer. Just outside the kitchen living area is a charming upstairs balcony. Dedicated work space. Free parking on premises. All of this is wrapped in a cloak of mature woods, offering privacy and solace in the city.
