The Space:
This stunning home features high ceilings, a bright open floor plan, and hand-picked custom furniture. Equipped with modern fixtures and appliances, a Sonos sound system, spa-style rain shower, and ample storage, it’s the perfect space for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Bed Configuration:

Bedroom 1: King bed (converted from office, desk remains)
Bedroom 2: Queen bed with en-suite bathroom
Bedroom 3: Queen bed
Bedroom 4: Queen bed
Bedroom 5: King bed with en-suite bathroom

All bedrooms, except the converted office, are equipped with TVs. Please note that the pool fence has been removed. While the Guest House is currently unavailable, the bathroom remains accessible.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire property, except for both garages. While the pool house is currently unavailable, the bathroom in the Guest House remains accessible. We appreciate your understanding.

Other Things to Note:
NO PARTIES OR LOUD MUSIC
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: 10 PEOPLE
ANY PARTIES WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION

Noise and music must remain indoors and kept at a reasonable level between 9-10 PM. Respect the neighborhood’s quiet atmosphere, as neighbors have zero tolerance for disturbances.
Gatherings of more than 10 people are not allowed unless pre-approved by the host.
Pool use and outdoor noise must stop by 10 PM.

Additional Rules:

Pets allowed with prior approval ($90/day per pet).
Smoking indoors is prohibited ($250 fine).

Charges for damaged or stained items:

Towels: $35 per towel
Duvet covers: $200 per duvet cover
Sheets: $100 per sheet
Excessive mess: $200 extra on top of the cleaning fee

Important Notes:

Pool heating is available for $90/day (needs to be requested 24 hours in advance).

Report any damages upon check-in to avoid charges. Minor damages may not incur a fee, but significant ones will be discussed before checkout.
