The Space:

This inviting property offers two living areas, a large dining space, and an open kitchen, perfect for group gatherings. The main house has five bedrooms: the master with a king bed, two with queen beds, and two with full beds. One bedroom is on the first floor, the rest are on the second floor. The detached guest house includes a small kitchen with a stove and fridge, plus a bathroom with a washer and dryer. Perfect for families or groups, this home offers space, comfort, and privacy.



Guest Access:

Guest will have access to the entire home including Guest House.



The Neighborhood:

The home is located in Carthay Circle minutes away from Carthay Sqaure. It is located in a very quiet and residential neighborhood.



Getting Around:

The house is centrally located, offering convenient access to the city. Wilshire Blvd, the nearest main street, is just a short distance away.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY (10 PEOPLE) MUST BE RESPECTED AT ALL TIMES

ANY PARTIES WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION



Please note: All noise and music must remain indoors and at a reasonable level between 9-10 PM. Our neighbors are highly sensitive to disturbances, so it’s vital that all activities and noise levels are respectful at all times. Complaints about loud music, entertaining, or excessive noise by the pool will not be tolerated. Any gatherings of more than 10 people are strictly prohibited unless pre-approved by the host before check-in.



Rules of the House:



No parties, loud music, or gatherings of more than 10 people allowed.

Maximum occupancy of 10 people must be respected at all times.

Pool area use is prohibited after 10 PM.

Pool sliding doors must remain closed after 10 PM.

Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis, with prior approval from the host. A fee of $90 per day/per pet applies.

Smoking is prohibited indoors (outdoor smoking is permitted). A $250 fine applies for indoor smoking.

Charges for damaged/stained items:

Towels: $35 per towel

Duvet covers: $200 per cover

Sheets: $100 per sheet

A $200 charge applies if the house is left excessively messy and requires additional cleaning.

Guests are expected to be honest and transparent about their booking details. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood, and the neighbors have zero tolerance for noise disturbances. Noise monitoring devices and security cameras are in place. Non-compliance with these rules or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction.



Additional Notes:



If you’d like the pool heated, please request it in advance. There’s an additional charge of $90 per day for this service.

Pool maintenance occurs every Wednesday.



Upon check-in, please report any existing damages to avoid being charged later.

We understand that accidents can happen. If you break or damage something, please inform us immediately. Minor issues typically won’t result in a charge. For significant damages, we’ll discuss and agree on the cost before your departure to avoid any misunderstandings.
