The studio on Frei Caneca Street is in a modern and complete building, with everything you need for a wonderful stay. It is just a few minutes from Paulista and Rua Augusta, where you can find a range of leisure, gastronomic and cultural options nearby, as well as being next to the Frei Caneca Shopping Mall.

The apartment is complete, has Wi-Fi, 24-hour doorman, AC, a rooftop pool and a pet area.

For everyone's safety, the Building requires guests to send their documents before arrival. After booking, you must send us a photo ID of all guests.

Visitors are not allowed.

No pets allowed

Standard check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out is until 11:00 am. If you need more flexibility, please ask us and we will check availability.

Stained bed linen and towels may be charged. Do not use the trousseau to remove makeup, as they cause permanent stains.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or common areas of the Building. If this occurs, an extra day will be charged.

Our opening hours are from 08:30 to 23:00. After this time we do not have online support.

THE APARTMENT

The studio space has been fully optimized and lit in the best way, has a modern touch and has a television, wifi, induction stove, kitchen utensils, microwave, air conditioning, queen-size bed and full-length mirror that it brings spaciousness to the apartment and is also a closet where the minibar is kept.

THE BUILDING

Being new and modern, the building is a paradise in the middle of the city, where you can relax and enjoy your leisure time while being in the center of São Paulo, a few minutes from Higienópolis-Mackenzie station.
It also has a space on the roof with chairs for sunbathing and shower, swimming pool and area with hammocks.
