How a family reunion/wedding

House was what was described. Had clean rooms and good location for quick walk to few dining options (Thai, McDonald’s, Mexican) coffee (Starbucks), gas stations and grocery store (Albertsons). If from area without Albertsons download free app or things will be stupid crazy expensive for no reason. House lacked a few things. Ie can opener, knives, cutting board, and deeper pots. Basic amenities where there. Ac was not accessible only heat option on thermostat. Parking is a pretty deep driveway. Communication was efficient and quick responses. Had a wedding so had several groups of family members visit. Neighbor called the owner. He was understanding and I understand how it looked as house says no events and parties but several big Mexican families coming and going does look shady without context. Great price for stay. Would stay again.

My family, which includes my husband, daughter(11) and parents(78) stayed for a week! The check in process was amazing, and the owners were very accommodating to us. The house upon arrival, was clean and lovely! Bathrooms were well stocked with necessities for the weary from travel. (We came from Philly). We were missing wash clothes for the bath, which was remedied the next day by contacting the owners, and they immediately had them dropped off!Both my husband and I are morning walkers, and the neighborhood was very nice and friendly to walk around! We also found that Gene Coulon Park is only a 10 minute drive and has a wonderful path around Lake Washington that is both scenic and peaceful, and also has an area that our daughter could play on a beach or at a playground.My only complaint, is that the kitchen is not well stocked to do a lot of cooking, as many pots/pans/utensils are lacking, but if you are planning to eat out and NOT cook on vacation, then this is the perfect place!!We all very much enjoyed our stay, and would definitely book again in the future!
