Guests will have access to the entire home.
The homeowners will keep some personal items on-site within two locked closet spaces and a locked storage space. Any other items that are not contained within locked storage are available for guests to use and enjoy.
There is a manned security gate at the Key West Golf Club, and the HOA permits long-term access for 2 vehicles. Visitor parking passes are permitted with prior authorization. Boat storage and trailers are not permitted within the golf course grounds.
This townhome is situated in the Key West Golf Club (KWGCHOA), a gated community. Guests agree to abide by all homeowner association rules. After booking, KWGCHOA association rules and tenant agreement will be sent by hosts to guests via email.
