The enclosed backyard is filled with tropical foliage and a rock waterfall flows into the pool creating a lush, resort-style feeling. You’ll have access to on-site amenities from heated community pools to a dog park and gym. This home sits right on the greens at the Key West Golf Club with plenty of attractions nearby. Walk down the street to visit the Key West Tropical Forest & Botanical Garden, for example, or pop over to the Sunset Marina and charter a deep-sea fishing boat for the day. Popular Smather’s Beach is less than five miles away, with the Key West Historic District just beyond.

Inside, the fully updated interior is flooded with natural light. There are new, stylish furnishings, an open layout, and lots of space to gather together. The chef will go gaga for the gorgeous kitchen, featuring a full suite of Viking appliances and sparkling countertops, including a waterfall island. Sit down for a meal together at the large dining table before relaxing at the day’s end. For added convenience, a washer/dryer is available, as well as central air-conditioning and WiFi, providing all the essentials for a complete and lovely stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
