The lower level boasts a spacious eat-in kitchen, fully equipped for preparing your favorite meals, as well as a dining area for four and a separate utility room for added convenience.

There’s also an additional toilet for your convenience.

Before your arrival, the apartment will be professionally cleaned to the highest standards, ensuring a fresh and welcoming space.

I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30.

Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!

Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.

Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm.
Unauthorized late checkout will be charged £50 per hour.

No parties, events, or loud music allowed.
No smoking is allowed.
No illegal substances are allowed on the premises

Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty £500.
