As Professional Hosts, we operate differently than an independent Vacation Rental "Host". We have a team that will assist with your visit to the property:
- Our VACATION SPECIALISTS can assist with transportation, tours, boat trips, in-property services like chefs and spa services, as well as area information.
- One of our HOUSE MANAGERS will be your point of contact for any questions you have related to the property before and during your stay.

Los Almendros is a gated community right on the beach in Playa Ocotal. There is a guard that lets guests in and out of the property. In addition to your private plunge pool, you can use the shared community pool with ocean views, loungers and covered table areas. The infamous Father Rooster restaurant is just a short walk from your door.

Guests have private use of the home, as well as the private yard and plunge pool. There is also a shared, oceanview pool are with covered seating areas and lounge chairs.

The main floor of The Beach House features a spacious open-concept kitchen, living, and dining area with soaring ceilings and a wall of windows that flood the space with natural light, offering spectacular ocean views. The kitchen is well equipped for those who like to self-cater on vacation or let us connect with a local chef for in-villa meals. The main floor also has a large laundry room and a stunning full bathroom, tucked behind a wall of mirrors. This space feels airy and open, seamlessly connecting the indoors to the lush, tropical surroundings.

The lower level of The Beach House offers two beautifully appointed King bedrooms, each offering a tranquil retreat with easy access to the villa’s outdoor spaces. The large, shared bathroom has a double vanity to provide ample space and storage. From each bedroom, step outside where the covered terrace and private pool await, perfect for relaxing while enjoying views of the Playa Ocotal shoreline. Listen to the waves crashing or head to the sand, just steps from your terrace! The Beach House offers the ultimate blend of privacy, luxury, and natural beauty for those seeking a memorable vacation experience.

Guests will be most comfortable with a rental car or golf cart for their stay, which we can assist with!  While it is walkable around Playa Ocotal, most shops and restaurants are located in Playas del Coco. We do not recommend this home without transportation of some kind.
