PLEASE NOTE:

SUPPLIES: A few supplies will be provided for your first day, but you will need to visit a local grocery store for any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.

OUTDOOR GRILL: A charcoal grill is provided at no additional charge. You will need to supply your own charcoals. We just ask that you clean out the ashes at the end of your stay.

HOUSEKEEPING: The unit will be thoroughly cleaned by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

PRIVATE POOL HEATER: The heater can be heated seasonally between October-March at an additional cost.

TRASH DISPOSAL: Trash is picked up daily Monday through Saturday. Please place trash inside the bench on the front porch.
