Such a beautifully decorated and cozy home. I loved all the amenities they had, you can tell they put a lot of thought and love into it. My “kids” are all older teens but still loved playing with all the toys. We will definitely plan on staying here again on our next visit.

Very comfortable ,centrally located

extremely clean ,well stocked with basic essentials{soap shampoo } bring your luggage enjoy your stay 15minutes to beach 20 minutes to center city .

Newly renovated, clean and a convenient, safe location - what more could you ask for? The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

this trip was honestly amazing! Pawel and Iwona were readily available for communication from the beginning to the end, and they even let us know that there was a farmers market every Saturday just a few minutes up the road, where I and my family thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Check in was very simple, the house is beautiful and well-maintained, and it has everything that you could think of for a trip to the beach and for a simple night staying in. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the showers had amazing water pressure! I would definitely book this place again in a future trip to Wilmington area! We loved the house and the proximity to the beach.

Beautiful home and a great location

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay at this home! It was the perfect distance from all of our destinations in downtown Wilmington, Carolina Beach and Fort Fisher. The host was very kind and left an amazing binder full of local activities and restaurant suggestions. The house itself was clean, spacious and comfortable to spend the weekend in. Highly recommended!

Perfect Home Away from Home

The neighborhood is amazing, if you’re a runner I definitely recommend bringing running shoes because it’s runner/walker friendly. It definitely feels like you’re coming home everyday versus coming to a rental property. The decor inside is very tasteful and clean feeling. They had beach chairs and boogie boards that were extremely helpful when managing a family with 4 kids. The owners are very kind; we accidentally returned the wrong beach chair and they were very understanding with how they brought it to our attention and were willing to wait on my husband to bring it back and correct the issue. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, on a spot conveniently located to Carolina beach, and Wilmington shopping. If we decide to go the Vrbo route again next year, I’m hoping this house is available because it was that nice. 10/10

The house is fantastic! It is lovely, spacious & charming.We (family of 4) had a great time, walked right in and didn't miss or lack anything.The house is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We chose it because it was right between downtown Wilmington and Carolina/ Kure Beaches.Also, it is a quick drive (15 min. or so) to restaurants, shops and attractions (historic Fort Fisher, Aquarium, Ferry to Southport, Battleship North Carolina).The house is very clean, tastefully decorated and has everything for a comfortable stay, including family board games. Also, the house has beach towels and beach ware (chairs, surf boards, toys) which was great because we didn't need to pack them.There is a binder in the living room with well-organized instructions and helpful information about places to visit, restaurants and nearby parks/ playgrounds if you have kids.The owners are very nice, every time responded quickly to questions and were respectful of our privacy.We highly recommend this house for comfortable and enjoyable stay in Wilmington area.

Exceptionally Clean and Comfortable

The interior of the home is modern and tastefully furnished. The primary bedroom mattress was very comfortable. The host stocked the kitchen, laundry room and bathrooms with the essentials plus more. Note: The bed linens did not include a top sheet. It appears to be the standard for each bed in the home. Not a problem for us, just unexpected.There is one TV in the home which was very nice but we like one in the bedroom so we purchased one to use during our stay.All the furniture in the home is nice quality and comfortable. The home is centrally located and neighbors were friendly.

Before we decided to move to Midwest, we spent 10 years in New York, Queens. Great pizza!!!!!
Typically we make 2-3 trips a year.
So far we visited Italy few times

Madrid, Mallorca, Barcelona,
Austria : Vienna
Canada : Montreal and Quebec
