This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home accommodates 10-12 guests comfortably. Enjoy sailboat Gulf access and fish with friends right from the canal. Relax in the heated pool (we ask our guest to specify in advance if they are planning to use the pool heater, it takes 24hs to get a nice temperature) or unwind in the game room. The fully equipped kitchen and parking for two boats add convenience. Located less than 10 minutes from the Caloosahatchee River and close to downtown Cape Coral, Publix, and top restaurants, this air-conditioned home offers everything you need for a perfect coastal getaway!

Our neighborhood has such a relaxed, welcoming vibe. It is full of quiet, tree-lined streets and canals that stretch all around, making it feel like you’re living in a little slice of paradise. I absolutely love the outdoor lifestyle here—whether it’s a stroll along the waterfront, boating through the canals, or grabbing a bite at one of the local restaurants with views of the water. It’s the perfect blend of calm and adventure!

Plus, there’s always something happening—local markets, art events, and even small festivals that make the place feel really connected.
