This beautiful renovated villa has been decorated in a bright and modern style and is located on a spacious canal lot with gulf access in southwest Cape Coral. With a total area of 4499 sqft., including 2241 sqft. of air-conditioned living area, this 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom dream villa can accommodate up to 6 people. With a coveted western exposure, this villa offers stunning Florida sunsets right from your porch.

The open design includes the living room, dining area with kitchen. Next to the kitchen is a laundry room with washer, dryer, sink and storage. The home's stone tile flooring extends throughout all rooms, including bathrooms and closets, creating a unified and elegant look. The dining room comfortably seats six people, while the fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and ice maker - everything you need for a perfect vacation. For entertainment, the villa offers free WiFi and a 6-foot pool table for evening fun. A small library with books in English and German and a selection of board games is available for guests. The villa is also equipped with a Bluetooth music center, CD player and radio. The living room is designed for relaxation and entertainment and features a 55" flat screen TV with surround sound, DVD player and stylish seating from the Cindy Crawford Collection. Two large sliding glass doors seamlessly connect the indoor and outdoor areas.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, 42" flat screen TV and direct access to the pool and lounge area. The en-suite bathroom includes a frameless glass shower, whirlpool tub, double vanities, walk-in closet and separate toilet. The walk-in closet is equipped with an ironing board, iron, pool towels and laundry hamper. The two guest bedrooms each offer queen-size beds, 32" TVs, spacious closets and en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers.

The large, west-facing terrace guarantees undisturbed sunny days and pure holiday pleasure. The area extends almost across the entire width of the house and is fenced in with a pool screen. The electrically heated L-shaped pool invites you to relax and unwind. There is also a whirlpool that is not connected to the pool. The covered seating area with a Blackstone flatbed gas grill is ideal for convivial barbecue evenings. The area is equipped with a 42-inch smart TV, so nothing is left to be desired. A total of 4 comfortable sun loungers are also available to you. A path leads to the dock. The well-kept dock and wonderful view of the canal invite you to linger. We provide our guests with a small starter pack when they move in. However, we expressly point out that we generally do not provide garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, kitchen roll, soap or similar consumables, for the duration of the stay.

The spacious garage features a remote-controlled opener and houses the four provided bicycles.

Smoking is not permitted in this villa.

Out of consideration for guests with allergies pets are not allowed. No exception.
