• A $100-$500 refundable security deposit will be collected at the time of check in. The security deposit must be paid with either a debit or credit card. (No cash will be accepted)

• Daily housekeeping is not included, but additional items (towels, sheets, shampoo, etc.) can be provided for an additional charge upon request.
• Any maintenance requests made after 4pm will be addressed the next business day.
