This elegantly fully furnished 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhome offers a luxurious living experience within the renowned Margaritaville Resort. Spanning 1,724 square feet, the open-concept design features, upgraded plank flooring, an island kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and a spacious living area. The layout includes one bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom on the first floor, while the second-floor houses three additional bedrooms: one with a king bed, and ensuite bathroom, another with a queen bed, and a third with two twin beds and a shared hallway bathroom. A washer and dryer are conveniently located within the home on the first floor. Step outside through the sliding glass doors and immerse yourself in the serene ambiance of the comfortable sitting area overlooking a tranquil pond. The scenic water views create a peaceful retreat, enhancing the tropical resort-style atmosphere of the Margaritaville Community. Whether you're enjoying a quiet moment alone or entertaining guests, this picturesque setting adds an extra touch of paradise to your home. Pamper yourself and guests with access to M@rg@rit@ville Hotel and Spa. During the day, you and your guests can lounge in any of the three pools just steps away. Don't want to drive or walk, leave the car parked and enjoy shuttle service to Prominade at Sunset Walk for a day or evening of shopping, fine dining, live entertainment and movie theater. Disney Theme Parks and golf are just minutes away (and there is shuttle available by reservation to take you there). Need to stock up on groceries? Target is just steps outside of the community. Excellent Property and owners

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay this past week. The owners were exceptional to deal with and the property was as advertised. Plenty of room for our 7-member family. We would book this property again in a heartbeat.

We come from a large family and became hosts so that we could be present in lives of our children and grandchildren. When we prepare for a guest, we do a thorough walkthrough so we can offer the most special and memorable experience.

We like to know a little bit about our guests such as why they are visiting and what fun activities they plan to participate in. We then try to customize their stay in any way that is helpful to our families.

We chose this community because it is located between 5-15 minutes from most theme parks, golf and shopping. After a long day at the theme parks, the community’s live entertainment and restaurants at Promenade at Sunset is the perfect way to end the day and spend time with the family.
