Excellent!!

This home is absolutely so much more than we expected. Beautiful, peaceful, and full of the sounds of nature. The host was extremely nice and easy to communicate with. I have never had a better experience than this. Just felt like home. A true gem.

We had a very nice experience here. Was very happy with the cute little farm house. Enjoyed a nice evening setting outside watching the cattle. Loved having a garage and the basement was set up for emergency weather which unfortunately we got to experience. The host was great with communication and we would recommend this location

This is a perfect property for anyone who wants to be out in the country, yet close to small towns, lakes, and the beauty of nature. The farmhouse was perfect - having everything you need. Outside was lovely and grassy. Great for playing with kids or pets. The sounds of the night creatures was one of the things I miss the most living in the city. Communicating with Mark was easy and fun. As a teacher, I give this property and stay an A.

Clean, quiet, great communication

This was our second time staying in this home. It’s incredibly clean and comfortable.The host is proactive to solve anything before it becomes an issue and is a responsive communicator. The attached garage makes loading/unloading a breeze. The country setting is beautiful and peaceful and the host has thoughtfully provided outdoor chairs and a grill. Our dogs were comfortable there too, and we so appreciate that this is a pet-friendly place. This stay was so relaxing and quiet, but just a quick, easy drive to the grocery store when we needed. Highly recommend.

I am a 5th generation farmer/rancher, though only seasonal. I work this farm in the spring and fall, but VRBO the rest of the year.

Welcome to our 5th-generation family farm—officially recognized as a Missouri Century Farm and proudly owned by our family since 1911, when my great-great-grandfather first purchased the land. Over a century later, I continue the tradition on a part-time, seasonal basis—mostly during the busy spring and fall seasons—while sharing the farmhouse with guests the rest of the year.

The current home, built by my grandparents in the 1960s to replace the original farmhouse where my father grew up (without running water!), has been thoughtfully updated into a modern farmhouse. While we’ve added contemporary comforts, we’ve preserved touches of its classic 1960s charm for a warm, nostalgic feel.
