Welcome to our fantastic new construction builders model three bedroom, two full bath with two car garage in a quiet neighborhood located in Port Charlotte The living room even has a cozy sofa bed for extra guests. With amenities like newly fully furnished, stocked kitchen, a washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, bbq grill, outdoor patio area, abundance of closets, TVs in Bedroom and Living Room, Central AC, 2 car Garage and WiFi, guests will have a nice and enjoyable stay. Imagine relaxing in the living room, where a fireplace provides the perfect cozy atmosphere for ambiance and cool evenings. The space seamlessly flows into an impressive open kitchen featuring an oversized island and gorgeous lighting fixtures.

The lanai is complete with a gas bbq grill, wet bar and granite countertop, perfect for barbecues or quiet afternoons/evenings spent enjoying the Florida sunshine.

You will be just a few minutes away from restaurants, shopping, golfing, nature preserves & state parks. The sparkling Gulf Beaches of Boca Grande, Manasota Key and Siesta Key are a short drive away, as well as the North Port Aquatic Center. We have a park with trails, a dog park and Charlotte Beach Park are less than 6 miles. Park offers tennis, picnic areas, beaches, fishing, boating, swimming pool and a boat ramp. Larry Taylor Kiwanis park has beautiful canopied trails for walking and biking has kids' play structures & picnic facilities and is dog friendly. It is also so peaceful to take a stroll and enjoy the scenery around the pond at Ollie's Pond Park for a nature-filled experience for bird watching and wildlife as well and it is dog-friendly. For finer dining there are several options we are happy to provide including Prime Steakhouse, Donato's Italian Restaurant, and also nice to visit restaurants at Sunseeker Resort on Charlotte Harbor, Carmelo's Italian Ristorante, and Fishermans Village a short drive away. For live entertainment The Twisted Fork has live bands in a roomy hangout with a covered terrace and classic fare plates less than 3 miles away. Big Bamboo Asian Fusion for sushi is one of our favorites as well. The spring training facilities of the Atlanta Braves and the Tampa Bay Rays as well as multiple airports make the area ideal as a travel destination.
