The in-house movie room has a large projection screen and cinematic seating for the real Hollywood experience.

Whether your a seasoned chef or prefer take-out, the fully equipped kitchen will put a smile on your face. We're talking new stainless steel appliances, large kitchen island, and plenty of countertop and cupboard space. Plus you'll have your choice of dining areas - casual at the kitchen island bar, the large capacity formal dining table, or poolside on the patio. And you can add BBQ to the menu - thanks to your outdoor grill.

The property is just 8 miles from Walt Disney World Resort and just a short drive from Universal Orlando and SeaWorld, making it a prime spot for theme park lovers. Additionally, nearby Lake Louisa State Park provides a stunning natural escape with opportunities for hiking, fishing, and kayaking​.

This home is located at the new Windsor Cay community, and while the clubhouse amenities are under construction, our guests get complimentary access to the Windsor Island Resort. Windsor Island Resort is the sister resort to the very popular Windsor at Westside resort close by. Windsor Island has amazing clubhouse amenities inspired by Hawaii. The community water park is the largest of the Windsor resorts and features a lazy river, waterslides, mini golf and more.

Guest Access:
You can park up to 3 vehicles in the driveway. Please don't park in the street, on the grass, block sidewalks, parking signs, fire hydrants, and neighbors’ driveways to avoid your vehicle being towed.

Windsor Cay Resort is the newest vacation home community in the Orlando Disney area. While the community amenities are under construction, our guests get access to the nearby Windsor Island Resort amenities.

To ensure smooth access to Windsor Island, guests need to be registered in advance. The HOA office is open Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, and last-minute registrations may not be processed. Please provide the names of all guests aged 18 and up in a timely manner so we can handle the registration for you. Thank you!

• Please note the pool heating service is currently not available. Our maintenance team is working to fix this issue. If you have any other concern, please do not hesitate to contact us.

• Please note that the clubhouse and facilities are currently under construction, so access to those amenities is not available at this time. Thank you for your understanding!

Pet Friendly:
• Pets up to 70lbs. are very welcome at our home. (no pitbulls allowed )
• A pet fee of $129 will be added at the time of booking if the pet is added to the reservation. If no pet is declared during booking, we will collect the fee separately.
• If you have more than one pet, please note that an extra fee of $129 per pet will also be collected after booking confirmation.



Additional Services:
• Pool and hot tub heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/night per service and $60/night for both, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.
• We offer mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance.

We're happy to deliver:
- Your BBQ comes with a complimentary full propane tank at check-in! Running low? Get a one-time refill for just $55 and keep the grill going!
- a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee).
- a Highchair for $40 (one-time fee).
