Modern 3-bedroom farmhouse in beautiful Nannup with stunning views & wildlife

Welcome to Brodie's Farm! We've got 5 acres just 3.5km out of the beautiful south west town of Nannup. We're still in the process of establishing our property so you'll have to excuse the less than glamorous garden. The view beyond is gorgeous though!

You'll have your own lockable suite with 3 bedrooms, 2 private bathroom (1 is an ensuite to bedroom 1), kitchen, lounge, dining, laundry and shared porch. Your space on the front porch is dedicated for you and there are other spaces that us (the host family) will use.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need including full-sized fridge, drinks fridge, gas stove, electric oven, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, all utensils and a few kitchen essentials including coffee, tea, sugar, spices, oil and vinegar.

Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, ensuite bathroom and is like it's own little apartment. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and ample storage for your holiday gear. Bedroom 3 can be setup with either 2 single beds or 1 king bed. Again, with ample wardrobe storage space.

There is a table and chairs in the dining area if you need to get some work done while you're here, but sorry, we don't have WiFi.

We supply all linen and bathroom products, so all you really need to bring is your food, clothes and sense of fun.

You'll be comfortable all year round with reverse cycle air-conditioning in every room, high ceilings and double-glazed windows and doors.

We have 5 acres to explore but please mind your step on the uneven ground and be on the lookout for kangaroos, emus and birdlife.

We're just a short walk or ride to the trails, which can take you to town via the Old Timberline Trail or through the forest via the Kondil Wildflower Walks.

Please note that we, the host family of 3, also live on the property but we have our own dedicated space and won't intrude on your holiday fun. If you need us we're here, if you don't, no worries.
