Colony Villas at Waikoloa Beach Resort is very walkable/bikeable to nearby amenities. The complex is very close to the Waikoloa Beach Championship Golf Course. The closest beach is a short drive (within Waikoloa Beach Resort) ʻAnaehoʻomalu Beach (A-Bay) is about 1.5 miles away. A-Bay’s is great for snorkeling, swimming, SUP and beach time fun! Another great white sand beach is Hapuna beach approx. 8 miles away.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including a Keurig coffee maker as well as a regular coffee maker, blender, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, and everything you need to prepare your meals.

There is a large indoor dining table and an outdoor lanai dining table that can seat up to six people.

The garage houses two new bikes and beach essentials for guests to use.

For reservations of 14 nights or more, a mid-stay cleaning is required for an extra fee of $300. This will be a separate request for payment through after the reservation is confirmed.
