This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips.

“Ho`ohano” is a Hawaiian word that can be used to describe something pleasing or enjoyable, and believe us when we say that it’s the perfect word for this stunning 3-bedroom on Hawaii’s Big Island!

Located in the desirable Waikoloa Village, fine dining and shopping are very close as well as amazing on-site amenities of the pool, hot tub, shuffle board, spacious patio with chaise lounge seating, and a pavilion with barbeque grills.
House rules
1. Quiet hours shall be from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m, during which time the noise from the STVR shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors.
2. Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area.
3. Guest vehicles shall be parked in the designated onsite parking area.
4. The STVR shall not be used for commercial purposes.
5. Smoking is never allowed inside or outside the property.
6. Parties or events of any kind are not allowed.
7. Pets are not allowed.

Laundry was not a good as could be with it located in one to the bathrooms and not by itself.But we used it and everything worked great.

Waikoloa villa

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was beautifully updated and had all the amenities we needed. We really appreciated the little extras like the welcome basket and having dishwasher and laundry pods. Every meal was enjoyed out on the lanai with beautiful views. The beds were very comfortable and we barely used the air conditioning. We found with the windows open and the ceiling fans on that it was very comfortable. We had a great stay! Thanks

Wonderful Condo with beautiful views

We had a wonderful stay. The large lanai with the beautiful views of the ocean and golf course was a bonus. We enjoyed watching the Nenes, wild turkeys and the wild birds from the lanai each morning. The condo was clean and well kept and very organized. In addition to tons of detail in the condo, the entire community was well-maintained. Pool areas were cleaned and even the trash area was clean. Any text questions were responded to immediately. We spoke a couple times on the phone and super friendly people. Would definitely book again.

OH MY GOSH!! this condo was just the best VRBO we have ever stayed at in all our years, which has been over 10yrs now. We usually have family members with us when we stay somewhere. We also usually do not stay in the same place twice because the places are nice but not where we want to stay again. Not in this case. We will be staying here again. The condo has been totally remodeled. The matrasses were fabulous, the towels are of good quality, the dishwasher is not that cheep apartment kind, its is an upgrade so you can turn it on and still be in the kitchen. The bedspreads are not that terrible hotel kind. The lanai had some good quality furniture and its all clean so you feel like you can sit out there and be comfortable. The hole condo was very clean. The beach items they have there are all working and sturdy. They also had some good quality beach towel, not a little thin kids towel. The pool was very nice. We enjoyed that daily.
