❇ Age Requirements: In compliance with local regulations, all booking guests must be 25 years of age or older. Any guests under 25 are required to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout their stay.

❇ Pet fee: A pet fee of $100 applies for 1 pet only with a 45 lb limit. We charge an extra $100 per pet for additional pets, max of 2 pets only and 45lb limit each as well. Please note that the pet fee is not automatically included in the total and will be added after your booking is confirmed.

🚭 No Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside of this property. We’ve installed a Wynd smoke detector in each room, which detects recreational smoke. If any guest violates this policy, a $500 fee will be charged. Thank you for helping us maintain a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for all our guests!
