Upon entering through the common front lobby, you’ll find a secured interior door that leads to your fully private 10-bedroom home. While a staffed front desk is located in the lobby for 24/7 support and peace of mind, your space is completely separate, secure, and for your group’s use only. Our team is here if you need anything — and invisible if you don’t.

Getting Around:
Walking around the Central Business District is easy and accessible! You will also be a short bike ride to the French Quarter. Biking is a fun and convenient transportation option, with scores of rental shops to choose from. Uber and Lyft services are easy and affordable in this compact city. Retail hub Magazine Street is just a short cab ride away, as are some of the city’s other hip neighborhoods, Bywater and the Marigny.

–The pool is open and heated from Labor Day through Memorial Day. If you are booking dates bordering these holidays and are interested in having the pool heated, please let us know and we will determine if this request can be accommodated with our winterizing schedule.
BUSINESS DISCLAIMERS
–We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.
–We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information.
–We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only.
–We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment.
–Pets are not allowed at this property.
–Packages mailed to the property cannot be received by the host. The host is not responsible for lost or damaged packages and cannot guarantee their arrival.
-We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.

You will have complete privacy here. Every question you ask or concern you may have before or during your stay will be promptly addressed via messenger or phone.
