Plus efficient heat pump heating and cooling for year round comfort. Beautiful bathroom, tall ceilings, high end appliances, and a well appointed kitchen including an air fryer/toaster oven and all-in-one pressure cooker. One flight of stairs down to entrance. Independent unit below main home.
The apartment is below a nice family (owner) with school-aged children and a super friendly dog. The entire property is powered by 100% solar and renewable energy from APS, and you can share in the fresh eggs from the backyard chickens. Off-street parking and security system with professional monitoring.

この宿泊施設の特徴
A cozy, well-appointed apartment with caring hosts. We’re close to the Flagstaff hospital, and typically rent to traveling healthcare professionals. We only open it up on VRBO during the gaps between contracts, so it’s the type of apartment you could spend some time in, not a typical high-traffic vacation rental.
