This private studio is located over a locked garage that is used for storage. This guesthouse is on the same large property as the main house but very private, you will also have your own driveway and parking area.

🛌 This space is most comfortable for 2 people however we do have a small futon that can sleep small children.
🪨 You are welcome to walk down and check out the beautiful creek at your own risk. We do have active wildlife like Bears & Deer.
🏠 There are steps leading to the studio. Inside you will find a spacious area equipped with a full bathroom, kitchen, & Washer/Dryer.
🐶 If you are traveling with a pet you're welcome to walk them around outside on a leash. If you would like to bring more than one dog please message me.

‼️ 🚬 There is NO smoking or vaping in or around the premises! No Fires!
‼️Power outages can occur at anytime without notice, this is out of our control & we do not have a back up source. We will do our best to keep you informed and comfortable. (this is rare)
‼️Mountain Wi-Fi can be weak or cut out at times, this is also rare.
🐕We welcome one small pet with a pet fee, please add to the guest count (message if you would like to bring more than one) No pets on the furniture & keep them on a leash outside.
‼️We do not tolerate over-occupying!
