Great Host

Julie was a fantastic host. She was proactive in reaching out to ensure there were no issues with our stay. The property was everything the listing had described. We enjoyed our stay and the area. It was a good point to get to the places we wanted to see.

Wonderful location near Mt Greylock and North Adams. The house was great for a family trip. Big yard for the dog. It was a very comfortable place for us to base while we explored Western Massachusetts and NY. The host was very nice and communicated with us often to ensure we had a great stay. I would stay there again.

Lovely host and location

Everything is basic but solid and comfortable. Beds were nice and firm, my preference. Host was lovely. Wish we could have stayed longer to explore the area more.

Great House - Great Stay

The property was great and we had a very enjoyable stay. Julie our host was great and provided excellent information about the area. The enclosed backyard was incredible and the house was very clean.

So nice, we stayed there twice!

This is just a fantastic home in a great location! We stayed in 2021 and were thrilled to make a reservation in 2022 as well. Extremely dog-friendly and family-friendly, and really feels like a home away from home!

Beautiful Home

We loved our stay at Julie’s rental home. It was beautifully decorated, very comfortable and had all the amenities you will need. Julie was terrific! She was very helpful, responsive host! Amazing!!

From the time of inquiry to the time of check out was A+ My husband & I just needed a little down time to recharge. With our dog in tow we ventured into this quaint town. The house was amazing! It felt like home a way from home. It was clean, pet friendly, and oh so cozy....The views were spectacular. We are looking forward to returning to this property next fall. Cozy home in a nice neighborhood.

We have 2 dogs who travel with us. So renting pet friendly homes is a much better option than a hotel room. The house was clean, comfortable, and the fenced in yard was great for our dogs. Nice big bath towels (my favorite) and a nicely stocked kitchen made staying at this house very enjoyable. An added bonus were two sets of dog-loving neighbors who came out to greet us and say hello to our pups. Thanks Julie for providing a welcoming place to stay for our weekend getaway.

Great Stay

Everything you would need is at this house. Beautiful kitchen with nice sized bedrooms, large back yard, plenty of parking, all in a very quiet neighborhood.

Nice spot for a Berkshires stay

Location was the best part -- quiet neighborhood close to trailheads, a cute lake for swimming, and tons of great restaurants/breweries in the area. The fenced in yard was great for my dog. The house itself is fine.

Perfect spot for a Berkshires getaway

Everything at the house was just right, and perfect for our needs while visiting family in town. Loved the outdoor sitting areas (no mosquitos, yay!), very nice kitchen, well-organized supplies, and great to have a/c for the few hot days during our stay. Location is perfect for exploring all the Berkshires has to offer, and host Julie was just great, highly recommend!

Great spot!

The house was a great space during our short summer stay. Clean, AC's in all the necessary spaces, and had little odds and ends as needed (e.g., salt/pepper, towels, etc.). The location is great and is convenient for the area (loved that a Walmart was 5 min away for provisions). Julie was communicative and helpful when we locked ourselves out! Hope to return next summer. Thank you Julie!

I purchased this home 30 years ago and loved raising my daughter in it and running my Home Day Care out of it for 28 of those years. I retired in 2017 to go on to a new adventure in Maple Sugaring and have a sugarhouse just over the line in New York. I still enjoy my home in the Berkshires and love sharing it with others as well when I'm not there.

I did a major renovation in 2016 to the main living area which is now open concept. The lower level is in the process of having a make-over in between rentals and the back deck is also on the list to be rebuilt but has had a fresh coat of paint and is now carpeted.

You will find this home to be very comfortable and nicely located. It is family, child and pet friendly and filled with everything might need to make your stay an enjoyable one.

This home is located in the small town of Adams, MA. Close to many indoor and outdoor activities throughout the Berkshires yet away from the hussel and bussel. It is situated on a dead end street with a semi-private fenced in back yard for a worry free play area for children and pets and a patio with a glider swing and drop down screen for sitting out on warm summer nights.
