Consider this house your home away from home while you visit Paros.
Located on the outskirts of Parikia at an elevated position, apart from the breathtaking Sea and Sunset views, the property provides the tranquility needed for a cozy and relaxed holiday while being close enough to all town amenities.
A wonderful recently refurbished traditional property composed of one double bedroom and a bathroom on the ground floor where guests will also find a fully eqquiped kitchen where they can prepare their own meals, a WC, and a living area with a smart TV.
Through a staircase to the top floor, the space opens to the two spacious double bedrooms, one of which also offers a sofa that can be turned into a single bed increasing the house capacity to 7 guests in total. From this room you have direct access to the outdoor verandas. In between the two bedrooms, a WC with shower is also available for guests' convenience on this floor and the entrance to the outside terrace.
From here the top floor's surrounding veranda welcomes guests with sitting areas and a luxury corner with sun loungers and a Jacuzzi from where the views are magnificent. An outdoor shower is also available for guests' use before or after diping into the hot tub.
The houses’ two verandas (ground & top floor) overlook the vineyard in front, the views of the city below, the sea, and the sunset in the distance, creating the perfect set for a unique summer experience where someone can enjoy comfort and serenity.
Part of a two-house complex within the same plot Sunset House shares the surrounding areas such as the vineyard in front, the gardens, and the parking area with a smaller apartment right next to it which can accommodate another 4 guests in a double bed and 2 in sofa beds and can be rented together for larger groups. The houses are private and independent, one from the other.
Providing all town amenities at a close distance, modern amenities within the house, spacious rooms, a jacuzzi, and breathtaking views, Sunset House is the perfect getaway for those looking to relax on the island of Paros and enjoy their stay spending quality time.

As a native of Paros, and with an English mother and Greek father, my formative years were spent learning about and exploring this beautiful island.
Aged 17, after finishing school, I left Paros for 6 years to study; firstly, in Oxford, UK, then continuing my studies in Athens, Greece acquiring a degree in Business and Retail Management. I spent my summer months back on the island working in the service and hospitality sector whilst building a great network of contacts and associates, all of whom shared my ambition of providing quality services and creating memorable experiences for all our customers.
After completing my studies, I returned to my family home and took on the challenge of learning the Real Estate market, by working for a local company focused on property sales and rentals. At the same time, I become a member of the Tourism Committee for the Municipality of Paros which gave me an even greater understanding of the needs of visitors to the island.
In recognizing my passion for hospitality and tourism, I have now realized my dream and established Paros Exclusive; a company dedicated to providing quality services to the island’s homeowners who are living abroad, a choice of hand-picked luxury villas, and a unique holiday experience for those discerning travelers who appreciate the beauty and hidden charms of this island I am proud to call home.
