Paros Beach front cycladic house 4 min from port

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis,with sea view. It is located right next to the sea and only 4 minutes drive from port ,and Parikia's restaurants and shops.
House has 2 levels.
Ground level
1 patio
1 kitchen with dining area and washing machine
1 Living room with Air condition and Air fan
1 small bathroom
Going down one level using the stairs you will find
1 bedroom with double bed ,air fan
1 bedroom 2 single beds, air fan
1 bathroom
Free parking space in front of the house

Please note that there is air condition only in the living room / kitchen. There are ceiling fans at every bedroom.

The nearest beach is within 1 minute walking.

Tapped water in Paros is not of great quality
Wi fi speed is up to 50 MBPS but usually around 21
There is a TV
Bed linen and towels are provided but not beach towels
You are in the countryside, that means that there are many bugs and small creatures . Please keep mosquito nets closed at all times and do not leave open the doors or windows

You need to have a vehicle to reach the property or move around the island . Free parking in front of the house (NOT indoors or fenced parking)

1)We do not live in the island.
2)There are NO street names in most Greek islands
Therefore, a few days before your arrival we will send you information with GPS coordinates and the location of the key

Smoking is allowed ONLY outdoors at the Veranda.
According to the LAW for short term rentals and our house rules , regardless length of stay , we offer you 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 shampoo, 1 soap for body and 1 for dishes

Boiler in Greece are electric , so we always wait for at least 20 minutes in order to have water
