Get ready to relax in this 3-bedroom farmhouse in located in the Howard's Bottom Community in beautiful Cumberland County, KY. The bedrooms all feature a queen sized bed, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests. With amenities like heating, AC, a washing machine, and clothes dryer, WiFi, and a large screen TV in living room, you'll have everything you need for a fabulous getaway. There is also a gas grill on the property with covered back porch for outdoor dining. If you enjoy fishing on the Cumberland River, you will also have access to a private boat ramp located approximately 1.5 miles away from the house. I was born and raised in Cumberland County KY. I now reside in Bowling Green, KY. I teach nursing at Western Kentucky University and during the Summer months spend as much time as I can on or near the farm. It has been a goal of mine for the past few years to be able to offer the farm house for others to be able to enjoy.

I enjoy the quiet and peaceful atmosphere that the country has to offer. The beautiful Cumberland River is just a short distance from the property. Cumberland County is also home to Dale Hollow Lake State Park.
