• Can I check in early or check out late? We offer 1 PM early check-in or 1 PM late check-out for a small fee as we need to hire extra cleaners to expedite.

• Is my booking date available? If the listing is visible, your date is open.

• Are pets allowed? Yes, pets are welcome! Let us know if you have special requests.

• How far is the home from specific locations? Use Google Maps with "E 22nd St, National City, CA 91950" for accurate distances.

• What’s the check-in process? Self-check-in via lockbox or keypad. Instructions are sent at noon on your check-in day.

• Is night-time or same-day check-in allowed? Yes. Even when you book at 10 PM, we will automatically send you check-in instructions seconds after your booking.

• How’s the home cleaned? Professionally cleaned with natural products.

• Security devices on site?
Front door security camera only. Each security camera records the activities of the pathway to the house 24/7 to protect guests and hosts.

Our neighborhood is peaceful, so please keep noise levels Low. No parties or events.
Visitors (non-overnight guests) are also counted in the reservation as half guests.
