Suburban Springs retreat
Overall, this was a great experience for our group. We stayed 4 days and we really weren't sure about what we were doing in the area everyday. We found many good places to eat access to multiple parks and trails. We had plenty of room for everyone to decompress and yet the communal areas were wonderful. The small pool in the back fits the peaceful vibe we were seeking. The teens learned how to play billiards and so that was a great addition. I recommend for mixed ages, mixed family types and people with small children. It's quiet. It's roomy, but in reality we all need the gas station take out and even the occasional Target trip. We visited several local places: Homasassa Springs, Weeki Wachee Springs (and mermaids) Weeki Wachee preserve, Jenkins Park and Silver Springs. Hernando Beach was a beautiful drive close by. The owner was on top of things with communication! We will come back.
