Villa Mimosa is a 3 story triplex villa. It is quite easy to reach the sea. The distance to the sea is 50 meters.

The entrance is on the middle floor. The entrance door opens to the lounge with open kitchen. On the left side is the bathroom + toilet , and on the right side is the kitchen. The kitchen is separated from the living room with a high bar. The lounge has a seating group consisting of 2 armchairs and 1 sofa, and there is a dining table for 6.
There is a large sea view balcony on the middle floor. the balcony also has a 6-person dining table and a BBQ (BBQ).
From the middle floor, it goes upstairs with 3 bedrooms with 3 bedrooms with 13 steps from the middle floor.
There are 3 bedrooms at the top. 1 bedroom with suite (self bath ) view and balcony (has a double bed) 2nd bedroom is with garden view and without balcony (has a double bed). 3rd Bedroom is without balcony with sea view (has 2 single beds, can also be combined )
The 4th bedroom is located on the bottom floor with separate entrance independent from other bedrooms. It is a spacious bedroom and has a living group and a double bed.
*The pool of the villa is exclusive to you and will be for your use only. After 17 steps down from the entrance, there is a pool surrounded by trees. There are 8 sunbeds and 4 umbrellas available.
* The pool and garden are cleaned by the concierge every day.

The distance from the city center is 5 km. There is a parking lot where the vehicle can park comfortably. There is a dolmus/bus from the center of Kaş every 15 minutes.
Taxis are available by paying about 80/100 Turkish Lira.
