Bright and stylishly decorated, the living room is designed with an open floor plan. You can find a comfortable seating area and a smart TV to enjoy watching your favourite Netflix shows comfortably.

The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a furnished balcony where you can fully relax and enjoy the partial Canal views.

A fully equipped modern kitchen is available. It has all the essential cookware and cutlery, such as a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, and kettle.

The bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed with hotel-quality linens for a restful night's sleep. It also includes ample storage, a spacious walk-in closet, and a private ensuite bathroom, offering both comfort and convenience.

The 1.5 contemporary bathrooms contain all the essentials you'll need to freshen up, such as a bathtub and a hairdryer. Clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Please be aware that Dubai is a dynamic and rapidly expanding city, and you might encounter occasional urban sounds, such as those associated with ongoing growth, throughout your stay. We appreciate your understanding.

Business Bay is one of Dubai's swankiest residential and professional hubs, set amidst the gleaming waters of the Dubai Canal, just a stone's throw from Downtown Dubai. Known for its upscale lifestyle, the area is home to award-winning restaurants, luxury hotels, and high-end stores, creating a dynamic environment for its young, vibrant community. With trendy bars, bustling cafés, and indulgent spas, Business Bay offers a fast-paced yet sophisticated urban experience.

From DAMAC Towers by Paramount, it takes approximately 11 minutes to drive to Dubai Mall, 24 minutes to Palm Jumeirah, 23 minutes to Burj Al Arab, and 28 minutes to The Walk JBR.

Dining options are conveniently located within the building, including Malibu Deck, The Stage, The Cheat, Pacific Groove Restaurant & Lounge, and Flashback - Speakeasy Bar & Lounge. Additionally, residents have access to on-site shopping with F Mart Supermarket and 8 Eight Supermarket, ensuring everyday essentials are just steps away.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

DXB Airport is 16 minutes away by car.
Marina Walk is just 22 minutes away by car.
Burj Khalifa is 12 minutes away by car.
Jumeirah Beach is 16 minutes away by car.
Burj Al Arab is 21 minutes away by car.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.

Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).

ID Requirement: As per local authorities' regulations - DET, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed, as they are compulsory for check-in.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.

Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
