This is a tiny house in an area filled with big potential. Four miles east of Cayuga Lake, we are close to wineries, breweries, The Spa, and a short drive to local distilleries. Want to commune with nature? Enjoy time at the lake or one of our local swimming holes. If hiking is your speed, nothing beats a journey to the gorges of Ithaca. If local is what you want, we have it!

Pets are allowed with a pet deposit!
The space
The tiny house is located behind our 170-year-old octagon-shaped home, which we are in the process of restoring. In the summertime, expect green surroundings and epic sunsets from across the neighboring field.

For suggestions on food, drinks, activities, hiking trails, swimming holes, wine tours by boat or any number of fun activities to do in the area, shoot us a note and we will be happy to provide you with a few suggestions. We can also help with reservations if needed.
