There's public buses. Car Share riding apps.

- All types of smoking are strictly prohibited inside the home including vaping and e-cigarettes. We charge a $1000 fee PLUS the entire cost of deep cleaning and restoring the property to its smoke-free condition.
- No parties or large gatherings. No more than 6 people are allowed in the home at any given time unless prior permission has been granted.
- Quiet hours are 10pm - 7am. Please respect our neighbors and community and avoid loud speakers at all times.
Keep trash in trash bins. If they are full, dumpsters are located in the parking area.
- Pets are not allowed inside the home. We’re unable to make exceptions. We charge an additional $300 cleaning fee if our team finds any evidence of pets in the home without prior permission.
- Report all damage, regardless of its nature or extent. While accidents are understandable, reimbursement may be requested based on the item and extent of damage.
- Respect our check out time. Failure to adhere to the check-out time may result in fees as this disrupts arrangements for our next guest.

GATEWISE APP:

If you arrive between 9 AM and 5 PM, you can go to the office, and they will help you log in to the Gatewise App and guide you on how to use it. If you arrive after office hours, we will assist you with access to the Gatewise App.
