It offers a flexible floor-plan with a guest suite, has tons of space, and enjoys a highly desirable location close to Old Town Scottsdale.

A flexible and private floor-plan is available to you with two beds and full bathroom located in the guest house. The main house offers three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The 2nd, 3rd, and 4th bedrooms each offer two beds, plus flat-screen TVs. With two additional full bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and one with tub/shower combo, everyone can have some primping space.

Great house

Our group has stayed in Scottsdale many times in the past and this house, particularly the kitchen, was the most/ best equipped one we have ever had. All amenities were new and the house has a large open kitchen/ living room area which made it work well for the unusual cold snap that occurred when we were there. Spa worked well and instructions were clear. Walking distance to everything in town and including the mall. Communication with the owner was great. Hope to use it again in the future.

Solid choice !

Rarely have we rented a house with 5 great TV's. It was a great house. 3 nice bedrooms in house and a two twin bed, small room/casita, out back by the pool. Very well stocked kitchen, as in lots of pots, pans, glasses, utensils. Pool table was a plus! (needs a little adjustment for the ball to roll true). Close to everything you need in Old Towne Scottsdale.

Christmas story

Had a wonderful time at the property! Big open space plenty of room for all the family beautiful backyard with Casita and pool/hottub. Would definitely stay again.

House was great, you can’t beat the location. Having the casita for our boys was very convenient. Great spot for family or friends to stay!

Relaxation

This house was perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood. The pool and backyard are a fabulous place to unwind and relax. We were there on business but the house gave us the space we needed to just chill.
