This newly renovated 140 m2 luxury apartment, situated on the third floor of a privately owned family house, is located in the eastern part of Hvar town. It takes a 15 minute walk to get to the town center, and only 5 minutes if you go by car. Perfect for those looking for a bit of peace and quiet in a busy summer destination like Hvar while still being able to walk to the city center in less than 15 minutes. The first beach is 7 minutes away by foot. In the vicinity there are a couple of shops for all of the necessities.
It consists of three bedrooms (AC in each bedroom) with three double beds, two bathrooms (both with walk in showers) , kitchen/dining area and a spacious living room. There is also a furnished terrace where you can spend your time with the family or simply enjoy the company of your friends overlooking our beautiful garden as well as a big open terrace in front of the main entrance of the apartment.
The house has its own private parking with two parking places available for our guests.
The apartment is equipped with four AC units, one in the kitchen/living room area and one in each bedroom.
