Great location but ok

While the property manager was very attentive, the property itself had some issues. The listing didn’t mention it didn’t have central air, there were multiple broken/ non working things I had to make sure I took time out of my stay to write and note them to the manager so we were not blamed for them after the stay( clogged sink,broken towel rack in the bathroom, door off frame of second room) . It’s a great location, however having to take the time to address these things was a inconvenience

One star is too much!

Complete and total waste of money! Pictures on the site do not tell the complete story. Curtain panels do not cover all windows (short on each side), bugs, threadbare beddings, kitchen not stocked to cook a meal unless opening a can of soup. No closets, just a bar with five hooks that came out of the wall when one dress was hung. No towel bars in the bathroom, watered down hand soap in kitchen and bathroom. We left after 24 hours (11pm to noonish) due to security and health issues. Do not recommend!

Perfect for a short Chicago visit

We loved the area of the property, very quiet but well located for access to cafes, the trains or taxis into downtown. The beds were comfy and clean and the check in process was super clear and communicated well, so it made it easy to access and lock up.
