No pets allowed – We strive to keep the space allergy-friendly for all guests.

No smoking inside the home – Feel free to smoke outside, but please dispose of cigarette butts properly.

No parties or large events – Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please respect our neighbors.

Use the driveway for parking. Not vehicle repairs on the premises

Maximum occupancy: 6 – Please confirm the number of guests when booking. Names of Guests will be required and Primary renter will be required to submit valid identification.

Check-in: After 3:00 PM

Check-out: By 11:00 AM

No unregistered guests – Only guests included in the reservation are allowed on the property.

Please clean up after yourself – Basic cleaning supplies are provided.

Treat the home with care – This is our personal space and we appreciate your respect.

Bonus Tips:

Washer and dryer available for your use – please do not overload machines. (No Sandy Clothes)

Please shake out beachwear prior to putting them in the washing machine

Trash & recycling should be placed in bags inside garbage can provided outside of home. Cardboard to be broken down.

Please make sure all dishes are washed and home is left in a broom cleaned condition

Remove all food and personal items from the home upon checkout.
