CHECK-INS are possible from Monday to Friday from 3pm to 7pm.
CHECK-INS between 7pm and 11pm or on local holidays/festivals will have an extra charge of €50 to be paid in cash on arrival.
CHECK-INS on Saturdays and Sundays have an extra charge of €60 and are subject to prior consultation.
- Very important note:
Smoking of any kind of product inside the house is PROHIBITED and carries a penalty of €300.
Parties are NOT allowed in the apartment
Noisy activities are NOT allowed between 10pm and 8am
NO pets allowed
CITY TAX:
The authorities of Barcelona apply a city tax on all accommodation is charged and collected by your host upon arrival.
The tax requires a contribution of 6.25€ per person per night for touristic apartments up to 7 nights.
