It consists of a bathroom with shower, a compact kitchen, where you'll find everything to cook up a special dinner, and afterwards you can relax as the dishwasher will take care of cleaning up!
The spacious main room is the heart of the study, with a big window area leading to a balcony that provides you magnificent views of the Hirschberg. Enjoy a drink or a full meal while taking in the fresh mount air!

There is a storage area for skis and bicycles in the basement. Private parking in front of the house. 3 minutes walk to town center with restaurants, shops, bakeries, a butcher and 2 supermarkets.

You can start hiking or biking from the doorstep. Cross country ski trails are available right in Hinterlang and there is alpine skiing 10 minutes away in Oberjoch. Enjoy the nature and take a break!
