We're just minutes from Little Italy, Balboa Park, Downtown, the Airport and with easy freeway access. Enjoy a peaceful, walkable neighborhood with historic charm and modern comforts and views of San Diego Bay.
The Space:
Welcome to your Mission Hills getaway! This beautifully updated property offers comfort, style, and a prime location:
Ocean views to enjoy from the comfort of your stay
Renovated kitchen with modern appliances and fully stocked with essentials
Updated living areas designed for comfort and relaxation
Walkable to Little Italy, Downtown, and Balboa Park – some of San Diego’s top spots
Easy freeway access to get around the city quickly
Located in charming, historic Mission Hills, a peaceful and upscale neighborhood
Whether you're here for a weekend escape or an extended stay, this space offers the perfect mix of convenience and charm.
Please Note: This property is a three-story building, with each floor functioning as a separate home.
Guest Access:
Guest have access to the entire first and second floor and the private patio space including the seating area surrounded by flowers and fruit trees.
The Neighborhood:

Tucked away on a hill overlooking Downtown and the bay, Mission Hills blends historic character with modern convenience. Stroll leafy streets lined with Craftsman homes, trendy cafés, and local boutiques. You're just minutes from Little Italy, Balboa Park, and the heart of Downtown, yet the neighborhood feels peaceful and residential.
With ocean views, walkability, and quick freeway access, Mission Hills is the perfect home base for exploring San Diego like a local.
Getting Around:
You will have two designated parking space in the driveway and there is free street parking along the road as well.
Other Things to Note:
🌟 Please be aware that this is a large 3 story building with 3 fully separate units that are all active rentals. You will have private access to the entire first and second floor with all 8 bedrooms and balconies but the lower deck area with the plunge pool is a shared space so you may see other guests coming and going there and in the back stairwell during your stay. We've never had an issue with this in the past :)
✈️ Also just a heads up: Our home is located near the flight path for planes landing at San Diego Airport. While you may hear some noise on the outer deck, rest assured the house has all new windows that keep things quiet and peaceful inside. Bonus — this is a popular tourist attraction with great views, so sit back and enjoy! 🌅
🌙 Quiet Hours: Out of respect for the neighbors, we have a strict policy on quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM. We respond quickly to any complaints and they may result in early termination of your stay with no refund. Thanks so much for understanding! 🙏
Parking: Please note that the driveway is shared between the second and third floors so you will have room for 2 regular cars to park tandem and any other vehicles can park on the street for free.
