Welcome to Escape to Lake Winnipesaukee hosted by Oasis Rental Services - a waterfront gem. Meticulously updated 4 bedroom 2.5 bath lakefront retreat! Double decks allow ample space to savor sunset dinners and relaxing evenings. Complete with a 36' private dock and a shared private beach with swim platform and even a tiki bar for Summer fun! Located just minutes from premier attractions like Laconia's Boardwalk, Bank of NH Pavilion, Gunstock Mountain Resort & a variety of restaurants and shops this property combines tranquility with convenience!
Completely renovated large spacious 1720 sq ft four season home on the BIG lake! This pristine lakefront Winnipesaukee standalone home has 4 bedrooms & 2.5 bathrooms located within the upscale Hi-Spot Condominiums community. Enjoy a private 36ft dock on Winnipesaukee right next to the private shared beach complete with lounge chairs, beach umbrellas, a swim platform, and a Tiki Hut with a full-size fridge.
Great open floor plan with central heat & A/C. Enjoy a sun-filled living room, new kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and dining area. There is a work from home space as well as a reading nook in the living room. The 1st floor also has a 1/2 bath and a full size washer/dryer.
Upstairs there are four bedrooms. The primary bedroom has an in-suite 3/4 bath and a king size bed. There is a slider leading to the upper deck. Bedroom 2 has a king size bed that faces the water, and also has a slider leading to the upper deck, and overlooks the water. Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed while bedroom 4 has twin over twin bunk beds. All 4 bedrooms are each equipped with a Smart TV. There is one bathroom located on the 1st floor and two bathrooms located on the 2nd floor.
Each floor has a separate central heating and cooling zone allowing for comfort all year-round. The fireplace is for show & is not in use.
To access the private 36ft dock and shared private beach: walk down the driveway, cross the road, and go down the private set of stairs (a very short 1-2 minute walk from your front door!) NOTE: private beach access is restricted to only guests with homes in the Hi-Spot Condominiums complex. Help yourself to the communal lounge chairs, beach umbrellas, swimming platform, Tiki Hut, and fridge down by the beach.
There is a BBQ grill for your use off the back of the house by the kitchen door.
There is parking for (2) vehicles only. You will need to supply us with your license plate numbers upon booking. There is no parking available for boat or snowmobile trailers as the Hi-Spot Condominiums complex is shared parking for each of the homes located within the community.
Sorry no dogs allowed. No smoking or parties. No fireworks allowed. Must be 25 years old to rent.
NOTE: The association is very strict on their pet policy. If you bring a pet with you, there is a initial fine of $300 and $100 for each subsequent day.
Guests will have access to the entire home as well as the private dock, and private shared beach. Guests must have a state approved Boating Education Certificate to operate a motor boat in the state of NH & use the private dock.
It is contactless check-in. You will be given a unique door code prior to check-in that will be good for the use of your stay.
The house is in the back right of the Hi-Spot Condominium community. It is a detached standalone condo. The private shared beach & deeded dock are located across the street
There is parking for 2 vehicles only. You will need to supply us your license plate numbers upon booking. It is unassigned parking so park anywhere you can find a spot. There are two spots right next to the house but if those are taken please park anywhere you can find a spot. There is NO parking available for boat or snowmobile trailers.
Gorgeous views of Lake Winnipesaukee with breathtaking sunsets. Just 8 minutes to Bank of NH Pavillion & Funspot (one of America's largest arcades featuring multiple stories of entertainment), 6 minutes to Weirs Beach & the boardwalk, 8 minutes to Pirate's Cove Mini Golf, 15 minutes to Meredith, and 20 minutes to the Tanger Outlet Mall in Tilton & Mount Major in Alton. Just 15 minutes to skiing & tubing in the winter or the adventure park, zip lining, and the mountain coaster at Gunstock in the summer months! Lots of great restaurant options nearby.
This reservation agreement is subject to all provisions of the declarations of Hi Spot Condominiums, the bylaws of Hi Spot condominiums and these rules and regulations (“Condominium Instruments”.) In the event of a conflict between this reservation agreement and the condominium instruments, the Condominium Instruments take precedence.

Please make sure to put all trash in the trash bins. It is single stream recycling. Please do NOT bag recycling. Bag all kitchen trash.
Please turn the heat down to 60 when you leave if you are renting during the colder months.
Please let us know if you damage something or something isn't working the way it should so we can fix it for the next guest.

I am Jenna and together with my husband Steve we manage the rental. We have two young children and a bernedoodle dog. We are high school sweethearts and co-founded Oasis Rental Services to combine our passions of travel, real estate, and hospitality (my college major). We love to travel, ski, golf, swim, hike, and do day trips with the kiddos (especially to the lake!), and try the local fare wherever we are. You will tell the owners of the house put a ton of detail into the home making it their perfect vacation home. We hope you enjoy it!
